Medication at School

Medications (both prescription and over-the-counter drugs including aspirin) should not be taken during school hours. If medication of any kind must be taken during the school day a signed Physician's Order for Medication at School must accompany the medication and be kept on file in the office. The form must be signed by both the physician and parent. A new form is required each year and for each prescription/medication.

To insure your child's safety, all medication are to be delievered to the school by the parent/guardian and be in a pharmacy-labeled container or original packaging. All medication will be kept in the office with the exception of inhalers if directed by the prescribing physician.

Forms can be picked up at district office, school or printed from the district web-page.
